Responsibilities
- Built and refined the first iteration of a design system in the company known as Supply.
- Worked closely with multiple internal stakeholders to help get buy in for design systems as a whole.
- Helped evolve the design system with multiple component projects, sprints and feature requests.
- Worked across multiple UI research projects to establish UI/UX best practice on more complex patterns (charts, maps, data-tables, filtering, grids & page layouts)
- Supported multiple UX designers with UI best practice and how to best use our design system components.
- Created multiple training assets for the wider UX team from video content, figma tutorials, in-person and remote workshops as well as 1:1 support.
- Worked closely with developers and engineers to solve design specific problems with developer limitations in mind.
